Submit your Singapore UEN and a primary contact. Your business is verified before you can publish a campaign.

Publish a campaign
Pick the estate, set the duration, define your tiered discount structure (count → % off). Add your logo, cover image, pitch text, social links and hero gradient — rendered consistently across discover, campaign and ack screens. Optional ramp window with early-bird bonus. Campaign goes live in that estate only.

Receive verified leads
Phone-verified homeowners join. You see their name, unit, address and WhatsApp number — only after they tap Join. One-click verify locks them onto the tier; quote holds for 60 days post-tier lock.

Advance through your stages
Override the default Booking → Delivered flow with stages that fit your service — site visit, quote, installed, signed-off. Each campaign can have its own flow. The homeowner's tracker updates live (Supabase Realtime) so they always know where their job stands.

Fulfil & invoice
Schedule the work, deliver, invoice the homeowner directly. PayNow is the typical channel. We never see your invoice and never hold the money.

Do you take a cut of my invoice?+
No. The homeowner pays you directly at the unlocked tier price. No platform commission on your invoice, no markup, no deposit held. GroupBuy is a coordination layer — we facilitate discovery and verification, then step aside.
Who owns the customer relationship?+
You do. After the homeowner joins, you have full WhatsApp contact, direct PayNow invoicing, and an exportable CRM of your verified leads. We facilitate discovery and verification, then step aside.
What if I can't honour the tier discount I published?+
You set the tiers, so you commit on your own terms. If conditions change you can close a campaign early or work things out with the homeowner directly — the platform records the outcome, not the pricing decision.
Can I bring my own moderators?+
Yes — this is the preferred path. Approve homeowners who apply to moderate for your business. Each gets a unique signed share link; every join through it is attributed back to them on your dashboard. Any reward arrangement is between you and the moderator, off-platform.
How are disputes handled?+
Every action on the platform is audit-logged: verifies, stage advances, settings changes. Disputes are reviewed against that record. We don't mediate money — only facts.
How are leads verified?+
Every homeowner is phone-verified via SMS OTP before they can join a campaign. They confirm their name, unit, address and property type. You see their details only after they tap Join; you confirm with one click on your dashboard, which locks their tier.
