What does it cost?+
Nothing during Phase 1. No setup fee, no per-campaign fee, no take-rate on your invoice. After the pilot we'll introduce pricing with a minimum 30-day notice — written into your onboarding T&Cs.
Who owns the customer relationship?+
You do. We facilitate discovery and verification, then step aside. You have full WhatsApp contact, direct PayNow invoicing, and the CRM of verified leads exportable at any time.
What if I can't honour the tier discount?+
You set the tiers. Once a tier is unlocked (e.g., 11 verified joins → 25% off) you're committed on your own terms. If conditions change, you can close a campaign early or negotiate individually — the platform records the outcome, not the pricing.
Can I bring my own community leaders?+
Yes — this is the preferred path. Invite anyone by phone number from your campaign dashboard. They get a referral link, they appear on their estate leaderboard, and you handle any reward arrangement privately.
How are disputes handled?+
Homeowners or providers can raise a dispute to the platform admin. Admin reviews the case with full audit history (every state change is logged) and issues a resolution. Admin doesn't mediate money — only facts.
